An illustrated poetry collection

A Walk amongst the Wild Flowers is a collection of poems about memory, grief, family, change, and the quiet forms of courage that carry us through uncertain lives.

Moving between forests, cabins, rivers, storms, birds, firelight, and familiar rooms, the collection finds meaning in ordinary objects and fleeting moments: a lamp illuminating only the next step, a heron standing motionless at the water's edge, a worn path made by walking, and a repaired cup still warm in the hand.

The poems consider what we inherit from others, what we unknowingly pass on, and how relationships continue to shape us even after distance, time, or death. Paired with vintage-inspired watercolor imagery, sorrow and hope are allowed to exist beside one another.
